Influenza (the flu) is a highly contagious viral infection that can be spread through coughing, sneezing and close contact with an infected person. The droplets from your mouth and nose can travel up to one meter, spreading the virus to innocent bystanders!

You can try to avoid the flu through good hygiene and health and avoid all people that could have the flu. The best way to avoid getting the flu is to have your annual flu vaccine. We can administer flu vaccinations here at the Pharmacy for just $25, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm, and on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm.
